How to connect happyhotel with ibelsa
In just 5 steps, you can use happyhotel with ibelsa, so let's get started right away.
1. In ibelsa, click on Settings in the dashboard area, in the top right corner.
2. Click Connections and click the API icon.
3. If you don't have one API key Create a new key, otherwise you can skip this step.
4. Now you need to save the API key.
5. Now you've almost done it and you only have one more step ahead of you. Log in to happyhotel and enter your API key in the integration field. You can register directly here or log in and go directly to the integration page.
Rate configuration for ibelsa Revenue Management
In order to use happyhotel, you need a special rate so that you can adjust the price in ibelsa on a daily basis. To do this, you must make the following adjustments to your ibelsa account:
In your ibelsa account, go to Settings -> Rate -> Create a new rate and create a new rate without an installment period. Then click on Split/ Copy, then you can select your standard rate and map it to your empty, newly created rate. Now ibelsa creates a period for each week and you can change the price every day. happyhotel will also work with your new rate and hand over the prices.
