Do you already have a protel and a happyhotel account? Then nothing stands in the way of integration!
Connect Protel with happyhotel
- Create one happyhotel account and select Protel on Premise or Protel Air as the property management system.
- Click on Settings ➝ Integrations ➝ Protel
- You can then contact us and we'll get back to you about the next steps
If you already have a happyhotel account, go to Settings > Integrations > Protel > Connect Now and send us a message that you would like to connect happyhotel with Protel. In the next step, we'll get back to you and discuss the further details of the integration.
As soon as happyhotel has your Protel data, you can easily update your prices with happyhotel and the Price suggestions Play back from happyhotel directly to your PMS system.
Technical requirements
For the integration of happyhotel into Protel, Protel I/O interface required. If you already have the Protel I/O interface installed, we can connect happyhotel directly. Protel I/O Support creates a new instance for happyhotel and the integration can begin.
If you don't have the Protel I/O interface yet, you should check whether your system meets the following requirements, as they are necessary for the Protel I/O interface:
- Windows 10 or higher, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or higher
- TLS 1.2 security protocol
If you are unsure about the compatibility of your systems, please contact your IT administrator via Protel Support (support@protel.net) or our Support (support@happyhotel.io). We would be happy to help you integrate Protel with happyhotel.

The adjusted prices in happyhotel are handed over directly to Protel with the Protel Daily Rates and are immediately available to the front office. By using happyhotel with Protel, you have the right price for every day and can therefore increase your turnover.
