happyhotel is revolutionizing pricing for small and medium-sized hoteliers. With innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology, we are able to calculate the optimal room rate in order to be able to sustainably increase sales. You are responsible for our new customers and the sale of our “happyhotel” software to 4-5 star hotels worldwide. From cold calling to upselling, everything is available. You will also be involved in setting up our sales processes right from the start!

🤝 Your tasks
- As a reliable sales person, you will convince hotels of our software over the phone, with on-site appointments and by e-mail
- Development of sales pipelines/sales processes
- Conducting (online) presentations and workshops for our new customers so that they can use our tool quickly and successfully
- Identifying and uncovering new uses and enhancements of our product
- Take on and advance your own projects
- Work closely with customer service, sales, product & marketing to focus on our customers and their success stories
- You work with our CRM system Hubspot and help set up a knowledge database

- Successfully completed commercial/technical education or degree
- A knack for negotiating prices
- Experience in marketing a SaaS product
- Affinity for technical products
- You are strong in communication and enjoy interacting with different personalities
- High level of self-organization and initiative

- A structured, analytical and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile
