Your mission
We are a start-up from Offenburg and our software was developed specifically for the hotel industry. happyhotel uses an algorithm to dynamically design room prices and thus generate more revenue. At happyhotel, you'll meet creative people, strategists, tech geeks and, above all, ambitious and determined people.
You are responsible for our new customers and the sale of our “happyhotel” software to 4-5 star hotels worldwide. You will immediately take on projects on your own responsibility and support the sales team in successfully building our core: our customer relationships.
📋 Your tasks
- Conducting cold calls to generate qualified sales leads
- Building relationships to establish an active dialogue with customers
- Acquiring new customers through active telephone contact through to making appointments
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers through regular follow-up
- Identifying and uncovering new uses and enhancements of our product
- Take on and advance your own projects
- You work with our CRM system Hubspot and help set up a knowledge database
🤝 Your requirement profile
- Experience in telephone sales or cold calling
- A knack for negotiating prices
- You have excellent communication skills, persuasion, persistence and great pleasure in interacting with different personalities
- Affinity for technical products
- High level of self-organization and initiative
- You want to develop yourself further and learn something new
- A structured, analytical and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile
