🤝 Your tasks
- You review new support tickets, prioritize urgent requests, and coordinate with the customer support team.
- You'll analyze technical issues, evaluate logs, debug, and try to reproduce issues.
- You work closely with our developers, hand over analysed tickets with clear details and clarify queries.
- You develop simple workarounds or immediate measures and help the support team implement them.
- You will conduct training for the support team and prepare them for technical topics.
- You identify weak points in the collaboration between support and development and drive forward the optimization of our workflows.

‍💙 Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or training as an IT specialist.
- Basic programming skills, such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with databases and their query language (such as SQL)
- Familiarity with logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques
- A good understanding of APIs and integrations, particularly how to use and troubleshoot them, is an advantage.
- You can analyse complex technical challenges and find pragmatic solutions.
- You want to constantly develop yourself and are open to new technologies and tools.
- You speak fluent German
