Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.
I took over the privately run house 3 years ago. With my experience in the international chain hotel industry, I was already familiar with revenue management systems.
Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?
Shortly before the introduction of happyhotel, we also changed the PMS and only introduced dynamic pricing and an RMS with this change.
What were the decision criteria for Happyhotel?
The operation is intuitive. This saves long training times. Our PMS only provides us with a few reports, all of which we receive from happyhotel.
What do you like best about Happyhotel?
The analysis and reporting tool is great. All common reports, such as Pick up, are displayed in the dashboard. In addition, however, you also have the option to create almost any other one yourself. The price suggestions are good and the overview gives you an immediate overview of the factors occupancy, competitors and rates.
Have you already made any noticeable additional sales and if so, by what percentage have you been able to increase your turnover through happyhotel?
We were able to increase our ADR by €5.00 compared to the previous year with happyhotel.
