Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.

My name is Ina Graf, I have been working at Öschberghof in Donaueschingen since January 2020. First in the position of reservation manager with revenue management, then since October 2023 in the position of Rooms Division Manager responsible for housekeeping and reservation with revenue management.
We are a 5 star luxury resort with 127 rooms and suites, located between the Black Forest, Switzerland and Lake Constance.
Our spacious SPA invites you to relax with its range of wellness areas on 5,000 square meters. For all fitness fans, the GYM offers the latest indoor and outdoor equipment. On three golf courses with a total of 45 holes and various practice facilities, you will find a unique golf experience!

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?

Before we used happyhotel, I manually transferred the prices to our PMS using self-created Excel tables. We did not have a flexible pricing system, but worked with seasonal tables and were often forced to adjust prices spontaneously based on experiences from last year or changes in guests' booking behavior.
happyhotel calculates prices for us based on so many exciting factors that we now have a solid basis for being able to decide on the optimal price for the day in question.
