Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what distinguishes your hotel or host role.
My name is Simon Berg and I am the hotel manager of Rappen, as well as six restaurants in Freiburg. We are a traditional house located directly at Freiburg Cathedral. With our renovation in 2019, we were able to convert our hotel into a modern boutique hotel.

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?
No not yet. With the opening of the hotel, we also started revenue management and have been using Happyhotel ever since.

What were the decision criteria for Happyhotel?
We tested Happyhotel and were absolutely convinced of it after a short time. Because with happyhotel, we were able to achieve very high sales within a very short period of time, which we had not expected!
The simple application is also self-explanatory, fun and completely automated.

What does the dynamic pricing process look like for you NOW?
We've completely automated everything and don't have to worry about anything. However, with the help of the reports and the clear dashboard, we can also access detailed analysis!

Thanks to its simple and very clear presentation, happyhotel is now essential for our daily pricing. In just a few clicks, all prices are changed and we can react perfectly to any change. It was important to us that we only have to maintain a single system.

Which feature do you like best?
We liked the flexibility best, particularly with regard to the interfaces. With happyhotel, we were able to automate our reports and analyses almost completely.
